Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller for personal data processed through this website is RCS Temizlik Ltd. Şti.. "RCS", "we" and "our company" in this notice refer to RCS Temizlik Ltd. Şti.. Personal data we collect and how
Our website has no forms, accounts or database. Your personal data is collected electronically, partly automatically, only in the following cases:
- Identity and contact details: the name, company, e-mail address and phone number you share when you contact us by e-mail or phone.
- Request details: the content of the question, quote request or message you send us.
- Security data: the IP address, browser details and time of visit recorded automatically by our hosting provider when you visit the site.
- Usage data: anonymous statistics on which pages are visited, only if you allow analytics.
Why we process it
We process your personal data to:
- Assess and answer your questions, requests and quote requests
- Run quote and contract processes for our cleaning, disinfection and staff services
- Keep the website secure and running, and carry out information security processes
- Improve the website with visitor statistics, if you allow it
- Meet our legal obligations and respond to requests from the authorities
Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the following grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Contact and quote requests: being directly related to entering into or performing a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 5/2-f).
- Website security and hosting logs: our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç).
- Analytics: your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). It only runs if you accept, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Location map: our legitimate interest in showing where our base is (Art. 5/2-f).
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your personal data. It is shared only with the following recipients and only for the purposes stated:
- Hosting: the website is served by Vercel Inc. (USA), whose servers are outside Turkey. The IP address and browser details of your visit are transferred abroad for this purpose, in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
- Visitor statistics: only if you allow it, measured anonymously and without cookies by our hosting provider's analytics tool.
- Map: the map on the contact page is shown through Google Maps (Google LLC, USA). When the page opens, your IP address and browser details are sent to Google and Google's privacy policy applies.
- E-mail: e-mails you send us are stored on the servers of the e-mail service our company uses.
- Authorities: public bodies and courts legally entitled to request it, as far as the law requires.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website only uses the cookies and similar technologies listed below. The essential ones are needed for the site to work; the map on the contact page loads when that page opens; analytics only runs if you allow it. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page, and delete cookies in your browser settings.
Data security
Protecting your data is a responsibility we take seriously. We use industry-standard measures, including SSL/TLS encryption and access control, to keep your personal information safe. Please note that no method of storing or transmitting data over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to keep the risk as low as possible.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn why it is processed and whether it is used for that purpose, to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad it has been transferred to, to have it corrected if incomplete or wrong, to have it deleted or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7, to have these actions notified to the third parties it was transferred to, to object to a decision against you made solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. How to apply
You can send requests about your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK as a signed letter containing your name, contact details and the subject of your request to Keklik Pınarı Mah. 874. Cad. No: 3/25, Çankaya / Ankara, or by e-mail to info@rcstemizlik.com. Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, your request will be answered free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest; if the request involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Board may be charged. If your request is refused, you find the answer insufficient, or it is not answered in time, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was processed for, and for the periods required by law. Correspondence is kept for 3 years after your request is concluded and is then deleted or anonymised. Your cookie choice is kept for 1 year. Data from ongoing business relationships may be kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by law.
